WORKING METHODOLOGY

Our firm has, for many years, maintained a working methodology that establishes general premises in our relationships with our clients, which have allowed and guaranteed our expansion and professional development at national level, guaranteeing at all times efficiency, transparency and specialisation in all our areas of work.

Thus, in order to establish the pillars upon which this practice will collaborate with different offices, organisations and individual clients, we outline below the basic premises for the provision of our professional services:

1. PERSONALISED SERVICE and TIMELY INFORMATION
TO THE CLIENT.

In this firm we consider these two aspects to be fundamental when providing our services. We guarantee fluency and personalised service at all times, regardless of the value or subject of the action. Furthermore, the client will be kept permanently informed of any variation/innovation or transaction made with regard to the action. It is our intention that our clients should feel assisted and protected at all times.

2. CONFLICT PREVENTION.
Our main objective is to avoid legal confrontation, with the expense and harm that this entails, seeking at all times the best for our clients. In the case of conflict, we will advise our clients in order to create the best possible scenario, exhausting all the channels for negotiation before invoking the process of law.

3. CASE STUDY and QUOTATION.
After the first contact, and depending on the subject matter and the case to be dealt with, we will prepare and deliver to our clients, by e-mail or to their home, a case study and quotation, which they may review and consider at their leisure. We will be at their entire disposal for any question or doubt that they may have in this respect.

4. TRANSPARENCY with REGARD to OUR FEES.
The client will know the cost of the proceedings or assignment; and we will study personally with each client the different forms of payment so that nobody will remain without defence or advice owing to lack of resources.

To set our fees, we will take as a reference the minimum fees established by the Guidelines for Professional Fees published by the Valencian Council of Bar Associations.

Before taking any step, once the quotation has been accepted, and always depending on the case and the subject matter, especially in legal processes, we will issue a PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNMENT SHEET, detailing the actions to be taken (legal proceedings, travel, etc.), and the professional fees that will be accrued, both by the intervening Lawyer and by the acting Court Representative. This document must be signed by the client in order to guarantee the transparency and security of the client-professional relationship.

5. PROFESSIONAL CONFIDENTIALITY.
We meticulously ensure confidentiality at all times in our relationships with our clients, guaranteeing professional confidentiality and the protection of personal data.
